Aindrias de Staic plays The Concertina Reel and Geagans Reel on the M.V. Emm-Cat

One of the most biggest crowd pleasers at Trails Tales Tunes 2016 was listening to Aindrias de Staic’s energetic combination of fiddle playing and story telling, bringing stories from his home of Ireland and from around the world.

On the last day of Trails Tales Tunes we joined Aindrias, his guitar player (and friend of Old Crow Magazine) Steve Maloney, and a small group of tourists on board the BonTours Emm-Cat for a tour around Bonne Bay. We stopped near Gadd’s Harbour for a few minutes where Aindrias and Steve treated us to the Concertina Reel and Geagans Reel.

Thanks to Reg and the crew of the Emm-Cat for having us on board!

Find out more about Aindrias de Staic at his website, Thanks to HM Audio for the microphones.
