Steve Maloney and The Wandering Kind cover Roy Orbison’s It’s Over

Writers at Woody Point is chock-full of magical moments and in 2015, this was one of them.

Steve Maloney doesn’t come across as someone¬†who would have this incredibly cool, raspy, operatic voice (no offence, Steve). But when he and The Wandering Kind (Paddy Byrne, Alex Bridger, Josh Bourden, Amy Joy, and Jen Benson) broke in to a cover of Roy Orbison’s It’s Over on the stage of the Woody Point Heritage Theatre and Maloney let these high notes rip, the crowd went bananas.
