The Once play new song Everything Else with Duane Andrews, Atlantic String Quartet

Whenever we film music sessions in and around Gros Morne, they always feel magical. There’s something incredibly special about making music in this place, and it feels amazing to attempt to capture it.

But every now and then you get to work with some really, really incredible people, and the magic reaches a new level. That’s what happened when we worked with The Once to produce this video for their new song, Everything Else.

Following their performance in Woody Point in September 2015, we took over St. Pat’s with The Once, the Atlantic String Quartet, and Duane Andrews to record this live session. It features the song Everything Else, a song originally written by Jody Richardson for his band Fur Packed Action. It was arranged for the Atlantic String Quartet by Duane Andrews.

A huge, huge, huge thank you to Louis McDonald for recording and mixing the sound. Doesn’t it sound amazing?
